Niice.

Flavourful, interesting metagame choice against blue control decks. But also Johnny-tastic. Makes for an entertaining combo with Multani's Presence and, hmm... some targeted spell and self-flickering? Ooh, how about Grapeshot? Let the storm copies kill at least one target, let the original be countered due to lack of a target, straight back into hand to recast with higher storm count... :)

I like it, but it seems like a green card to me. It's anti-blue, after all. And the PT-to-CMC ratio is pretty good for blue.
