Was trying to make this playable in the U/R deck, ended up with a complicated monstrosity.

My suggested alternative if people don't like it is "scry 2".

Not too bad of a card. Maybe +1 mana and make it only 1 instant or sorcery.

That would make it really bad and remove the majority of the synergy with U/R.

Making one of those changes seems reasonable. Probably just making it only put one back.

Gotta remember it's a common. And as a turtle, it's not supposed to be U/R.

How about 2U to cast but it's a 0/3?
