Sentience has been granted to the creatures of Rileria, and while peace lasted for many years, it is finally time for war.

As long as you control no creatures, creature spells you cast can't be countered by spells or abilities
As long as you control only one creature, that creature has shroud

Mukvarg, The Life-Cursed cannot leave the battlefield until you lose the game.
Break my curse. END ME!

When Tomb of Consul's Past enters the battlefield, choose a colour
, Pay 1 life: Add one mana of the chosen color. If this mana is spent on a spell, that spell costs
more to target.

Reinforce (As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may exile a card from your hand that shares a colour with it. If you do, this spell and any permanent it becomes, becomes reinforced. At the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast the exiled card. )
If One with Insanity was reinforced, it has hexproof
At the beginning of your upkeep if you own 20 or more cards in exile, you win the game

If a spell you control would be countered by a spell or ability you don't control, you may pay
to ignore that effect.

Might need some comp-ruling for multiplayer games where you're not the last player in the game.
Otherwise; well, black instead of colourless. So maybe? I'd still upcost it a bit personally, but really, is
much less problematic than
for such an effect? I guess the real issue wiht making this cost only one would be "Well, why would I ever run any other
cost creature?" It just erases oto much design space.
This ability has been suggested countless times in custom circles btw. It not so long ago got somewhat of a precedent in MTG with Xenagos Ascendend.
I could maybe see this as a 0/1 with that mana cost.
Well skeletons can be sacrificed and the myr is an uncommon.
Just thought I'd point out that Darksteel Myr cost
for a reason. Also, better than every Skeleton printed in Magic by a country mile.
But otherwise, yeah this is pretty cool.
Now cannot leave. I don't think there's anything in the rules about a piece of text like this. This feels like rules lawyer levels of busted in terms of game rules but in terms of power level I can't figure out how to break it.
Worship and can't die to damage? Play multiple because what's the legendary rule gonna do to it? Maybe run an exemplar of strength type aggro deck?
Exile usually is used as a cost so not that hard really. Inverter of Truth, Mirror of Fate, Leveler, Arc-Slogger, Diminishing Returns, and Paradigm Shift to name a few cards that exile bunch of cards.
More about exile in general can be found in this old post of mine on MTG Salvation: Would anyone be up for creating an "exile matters" set?
How hard is it to get 20 cards in exile? Does this need to be upped?
I'm still not really seeing the need for this. Especially since it's taking up a precious precious uncommon slot.
It works, it's meh. Some of the suggested changes make it less meh - but still horribly horribly niche.
"
: target spell you control can't be countered by spells or abilities."?
I would, at minimum, make it so Insistence can't be countered.
Also, it saddens me to say, but 'block constructed' isn't a thing anymore. Or to be more precise, it's not a format officially supported for tournaments, ever since blocks decreased in size. I still think it's a fine card for casual. But I also think that Horror of Horrors is a fine card for casual, so... you know... opinions.
