Cards that give extra turns are hard to balance, but always exciting. There's not been that many total, a complete list is:

Along with some "skip next turn" cards which can have the same effect.

Design one more such card. Bonus points if:

It's cheap but balanced and still playable
It's non-blue
It's from a particular plane
It otherwise adds a new twist to the concept that feels like a natural part of the card.

I made Final Contingency, though I think it gets any bonus points.

I then made Eye of Emrakul, following in my own tradition of small, niche hate creatures.

I was trying to come up with a non-blue card, but I've already made The Warp in the West, Spiritual Eddy, and Years Lost.

I added Bureaucratic Delay.
