Oy, that is going to be a confusing mess in a multiplayer game when Zuzur finally leaves play. How about "When Zurzur leaves the battlefield, all players gain control of all permanents they own."?

You're right. For some reason I didn't consider the fact that he could exchange the same object twice, which would just muddle everyone up.

Added "nonland" and removed "leaves the battlefield" clause entailing the reversal of the exchange.

That makes sense, and is a lot cleaner. I liked the original, but I think this version is fine. It's fairly narrow anyway, except for stealing planeswalkers, maybe.
