Hard to template. Not sure how to cost it. But really like the "random" flavour.

Was originally an XR spell, but decided it was neater to just make it a fixed cost.

Fun card. Fits the flavour. Could probably be 5 damage for 4 mana.

What happens if there is spare damage tyhey can't assign?

Intention is it's just ignored or can be assigned anywhere. (Ideally, maybe you'd assign it). But I decided to template that later and not try to get the details right now.

I think that's what would happen now, under the "Do as much as possible" rule.
