Variant on clockwork creatures. I think {1} for +1/+1 should be very nice but not too much?

Yeah, I think this is reasonable. It's a great one-drop, but not so good later on, which is fine in a 1/1 for {1}.

Does it REALLY need the double may? Is anyone really gonna pay the 1 they may p[ay then forget to, or not want to, do the actual resulting benefit?
