Attempt to create feel of intricate aerial combat without becoming kitchen sink.
I think the haste does feel rather random (and un-pie-ish). But the other two activated abilities are nice. In fact, I really like just the combination of flying, vigilance, and T:+2/-1.
Good point. I wanted to convey "fast-ness". But come to think of it, flash would be just as good. Thanks! When I typed it up I at first couldn't remember why vigilance, and then remembered it was so it could use the tap abilities at any point.
