"Can't be targeted this turn" isn't proper templating, but "gains shroud until end of turn" would fit just as well. It's a pity that it rather overlaps with "counter target instant or sorcery" though.

Colour affiliations of {u} , {g} , {g/u} are clear for the first three. Is that last ability gold? It's similar to Reminisce, Psychic Spiral, Gurzigost and Gaea's Blessing. I guess it doesn't have precise precedent, so gold is as good a claim as any for it.

I know it's not proper, but shroud has fallen into disuse, and this wording is concise and sensible.
The final ability could probably be hybrid as well, or mono blue. I agree that it's not a perfect fit.
