Nifty. Normally rather worse than Mirror Entity, but it is only a one-drop. Reminds me a little of Hero of Leina Tower.

Given Mirror Entity, I wonder if this would be okay without the "X can't be 0" clause.

Oh good point. Since it's "you control" anyway, I can't see any problem with that.

The "issue" is that it makes it an incredibly efficient response to removal that exiles or tucks, so long as you'd rather have the card in your graveyard. It might be very nice to have in EDH for that reason.

It's no better than Viscera Seer or Carrion Feeder from that POV, though. So I don't think it's necessary.

Your right, of course. And those have an extra benefit.
