Fascinating! Yes, that all looks good. I love the middle ability as a card-draw effect that's legitimate in both green and blue. I don't think I've seen it before - is it original? Interestingly the last ability was seen in hybrid before... on Godhead of Awe! But I think it's fine in {g/u} as well (there's Snakeform as precedent after all).

Oh yes, I really like the middle ability. I was trying to think of something similar, but hadn't managed it. I think there have been several "card draw effects that key on creatures", but most of them scale -- this works a lot better on a charm because it's less swingy, and less bad if it doesn't work in some situations, because you still have the other modes.

As far as I know, the middle ability is original, at least in this exact wording. It comes from a lineage of cards that count creatures and draw cards, though.
The final ability draws inspiration from Snakeform and Biomass Mutation.

I forgot to say, nice choice of name too!
