Can you do ninjas in blue? Yes, yes you can.

I guess I mean "without ninjitsu" :)

"Untap that creature", "untap another target creature", or "untap target creature"? Currently, this spell allows you to target different target creatures, including the same one twice, in the way that Seeds of Strength do. I don't think many players would realize this, though... cards like seeds of strength work with player perception because of what players imagine it must do.

I can't remember my exact intention. I think I wanted something that would combine several cheap effects into a reasonably tricky combat trick, in that this won't always do anything, but in the right circumstance, it could be a 2-for-1, or more.

In retrospect, it might be better to have a {u} "Untap target creature. It gets -2/-0 UEOT". The flexibility of playing on your creature or your opponent's may justify it.

But yes, the current version could target the same creature twice, except that's unlikely to ever matter?

Heh, you're kind of right... I didn't really think of that. Short of a potential devastating trick against all-in red in the Community Set, you would need a very weird set of scenarios where untapping and giving -2/-0 to the same creature would matter. Maybe your opponent's creatures have Hexproof?
