Based on Ghost Council of Orzhova/Obzedat, Ghost Council.

It has a little too many words, but I guess they're greedy even that way. I considered making the first ability simpler (only life gain) or more synergistic ("Sacrifice a creature. If you do..."), but it would have been too wordy. And not referencing the drain life would have been a sin.

Interesting. I like the reset ability.

Oh, cool. I was thinking of planeswalkers with a flicker ability (Norin the Wary! :)), but this makes more sense than any of my ideas.

Very nice. I like this a lot.

Clever playing with the form. I'm not keen on the middle ability destroying lands, but I guess you have just cast a 6-mana mythic planeswalker, so fine.

This is inherently rather harder to deal with than most planeswalkers: you have to attack it for enough to take it down or else it'll just blink out. That, again, may be fine on a 6-mana gold mythic, though. (And actually, on second thoughts getting it to blink is quite a fair consolation prize because it means you've gained a turn's respite from the other abilities.)

I fear Obzedat, Ghost Council is a stronger card: it's one cheaper and it dings the opponent for more life. Weirdly, for the Orzhov leader, Obzedat is actually a really aggressive card, where this is much more controlly. Which makes more overall sense with what Orzhov do.

I fear on a mythic the lifedrain might not be enough. This is actually less efficient at draining life than the unmemorable Agent of Masks. Perhaps it'd make more sense to take a cue from the Obzedat printing and make the -1 drain 2 life. It'd be painful to play against, to be sure, but so is Obzedat, and I'm not sure this is worth 6 mana otherwise.

I really like this card too. That said, I have a different problem with the middle ability. Seeing how hard it is to kill this planeswalker, you would think it would be a no-no to have the planeswalker kill small creatures. But, again, 6cc planeswalker. Maybe covering all your bases is a good idea.

The [-1] is a little clunky, I agree. It could drain for more, I guess.

The [-4] should be "nonland"... maybe. You still can't do it two turns in a row, and you still leave your planeswalker "open" (not doing anything for a turn, and 4+ damage means it won't be able to do it again then). On the other hand, the subtle Vindicate reference is a plus, too. I'm thinking now that the graveyard-count is a little too random. It combines a bit with the sacrifice theme the Orzhov have had both blocks (which includes Ghost Council of Orzhova), but in the card itself it may seem inappropiate.

I just noticed I should edit the third ability to say "them".
