For Challenge # 063. So have you heard of the new format where everyone plays cards with a rating of 2.0 or less? It's pretty interesting, and incredibly tough to solve. There are some cards that don't deserve their rating, but most do. Oppressive Will seems like a fine counter in this format, doing roughly what Cancel would have, anyway. But the rest of the cards? Well... let's put it this way. Here's a selection of random cards between 1.8 and 1.9 stars:
Bone Flute, Merchant of Secrets, Scathe Zombies, Dragon's Claw, Fulgent Distraction
Tough. Island of Misfit Toys would be broken in that format... except I'd expect it to be illegal in that format for having a rating greater than 2. :)
