For Challenge # 046
I really wanted this to be able to switch repeatedly, but couldn't fit the words on the card.
Does this work as a static effect? I think it would have to say "When ~ ETB, switch enchanted creature's power and toughness. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)"
I think it actually can work like this. Somewhat astonishingly. It's just the same as "enchanted creature gets +2/+2" or "Enchanted creature is 0/4", just applying in layer 7e rather than 7b or 7c.
LOL. Come to think of it, if "target creature gets +2/+2 UEOT" becomes "enchanted creature gets +2/+2" does "switch target creature's power and toughnesss UEOT" become "switch enchanted creature's power and toughness"? It seems odd, but it means what it sounds like... :)
Yeah, I think it should be worded that way. The current wording seems off.
Heh... It's one of the ideas I had for the bureaucrat mashup. Just having a line of text that told players to switch its power and toughness for no reason, except to boggle players. This, however, is relevant... excellent. We need this to appear as a piece of equipment in an upcoming set, stat.
