I was originally going to make a more complicated equipment that gave some giant bonus for doing 5 or more damage to an opponent. But when I wrote the first line, I decided this was interesting enough. It's not very Timmy, but I think it appeals to Timmy sensibilities.

I think this breaks the extra cost rule of the challenge.
You can't easily create an equipment that only costs
and has no equip cost, and have it be Timmy.
