Apparently I'm a fan of this effect, since I did something very similar on Breath of Aer. Oops. I like this card better, anyway.

Reminds me of Kentaro, the Smiling Cat. Also seems way too small for a 4-colour mythic.

Yeah, it really does. I'm going to cut it to three colors and drop it to rare.
Are these abilities too much together?

Even though I'm a fan of it, I'm considering dropping the first ability since, as Alex said, it is exactly Kentaro, the Smiling Cat's ability in favor of him "painting everything gray" by making all your permanents and spells colorless.

Scratch that, I'm just doing it. It would be weird for two legends to have the exact same ability.

Made RWU. Those colors seemed appropriate for color-bleaching and cost reduction.
