Um. Compared to Castigate, this seems very very bad. Suppress costs 1 more mana but does the whole hand.

Noted. A couple sets ago I've experimented with giving red temporary discard, and this is one of the children of that. Previous cards with the concept had never looked at the opponent's hand, so I thought doing so was a blue element.

At uncommon, since this is only (effectively) temporary discard, I probably go for two cards being exiled until your next upkeep instead.
