Was originally a w/b uncommon, but the ability didn't feel black. I added flash and dropped the power by 1. I raised the power back to 2 after looking at Containment Priest. Unlikes Containment Priest, this hoses Snapcaster Mage (hating on Flashback was my intention with the design), but also screws over red's exile-to-play/cast effects.

Actually, this doesn't hose snapcaster. Idk why I was thinking it did.
