For Challenge # 013 - intended to be evocative of the luck of the draw.

Otop, probably comes across as far too much of "I know the future and plan perfect strategy" instead, with a side order of cheesy combo du jour. Needs more thinking about.

Oh, Yu-Gi-Oh... This card would definitely take some thought... if you weren't playing a specific combo deck. I don't know how I feel about it, particularly in regards to its expression of luck.
