This Set will be Breaking the "No Mixing of +1/+1 and -1/-1 counter" Rule.

Number of Cards planned for the sets 450-250-250

Currently this is a catch all file for a block, until the Block leading to this is finished.

The block will end up using Most mechanics from both Ravnica blocks and both Mirrodin blocks.

Set one - All ten guilds

Set two - Azorius Senate, Golgari Swarm, Izzet League, Cult of Rakdos, Selesnya Conclave

Set three - Boros Legion, House Dimir, Gruul Clans, Orzhov Syndicate, Simic Combine

Each guild will have 40 cards across the in the first set of the block 10 of which will be Phyrexian cards from the guild. And 20 cards in each of the other two sets with the Phyrexians getting 5 per guild.
