The sacrifice clause is quite pointless, since the card still shuffles itself away.
Isn't a turn two Boros Battleshaper!
Additionally... I just noticed swap puts onto the battlefield, so this attempts to put instant or sorcery spells onto the battlefield.
Maybe cards that cannot be swapped for just should have a supertype in common...
This whole cycle consists of cards that are strictly better than basic lands, btw.
Well, you noticed yourself that the wording beforehand looked like only the last mode includes any swapping.
So how does a spell end up in the library?
How does the card text imply that this swaps Choose a Future itself for a card from your library? It says "Swap from Hand", so... wouldn't that mean you swap a card still in your hand?
See Pickpocketing Goat.
See Hired Thief.
See Pearl-Hunting Seabyrd.
See Fetching Squire.
I suppose not because he references swap but doesnt have 'it'
if we define 'it' as the actual mechanic, then he does not, but if it's any mention of it, then he does.
i think the former is much healthier and also probably how the current rules work for this, but then again, i'm still looking for a decent way to have an action-word-matters because apparently i can't reference it since it's not something cards 'have' like normal keywords
lol I came to this card page to ask that very question.
Does he counts as one himself?
Buffed the cycle so they can put any land otb tapped. I might increase the cost to 2M if it's too good
