Does it have to be "shuffled into"? How about "put into"? Shuffling is a time consuming action, so you would do well to not make a keyword action that you want to use prominently that includes shuffling and requires it repeatedly. How about just putting the card on the bottom of the library (together with all the cards that "have Swap")?

that could work but it would kind of mess up the value of getting cards with swap that care about being ignored.
