At the beginning of your upkeep sacrifice a creature, then gain life equal to its toughness
Sacrifice Ulvenwald Extinction: Draw a card for each creature put into your graveyard this way
because the way it is you are only getting one each turn anyway because it is only during your upkeep. makes the second ability only useful on a good turn, which is fine, just it could be even more synergetic with itself :D
