Like the pun. Hate the "That's a planeswalker" "Seriously?" conversations. It's basically end up being "Mister suitcase says this card wins them the game. Sure, whatever, don't play again."
Um, doesn't the "If able" mean this will never do anything?

Very nice ability, great flavour/reminder text - but very odd to be a goblin; at this size.
