Planeswalkers don't die from having negative loyalty.
You can activate loyalty abilities of planewalkers if they don't have enough loyalty counters.
At the beginning of each player's end step they lose 7 life for each planewalker they control.

When they returned, they had... changed.

How does a planeswalker get to negative loyalty? Counters that cannot be removed are not removed, so you quickly end up with a lot of activated ultimates and planeswalkers at zero loyalty - at which point they die as 0 is not a negative number and the first ability is ineffectual.
You should cut out half of those line breaks - the site already uses correct formatting on the cards by having an increased spacing between paragraphs and the text is getting tiny.
Made for the same set as Dark Advocate.
The templating is "When CARDNAME enters the battlefield, draw a card if
was spent to cast it."
Feels unlovely. I guess in a set where -1/-1 counters have other uses, it could be good? But it's Watchwolf with what looks like a downside but is actually "Hey, if you don't have the mana, you can have a grizzly." which - well, it works. Just doens't feel interesting.
Wow. Yeah, all your ultimates every turn. And you only lose 7 life for it NEXT turn? If you can't get rid of it? Like there's going to BE a next turn after you fire off five different ultimates.
And the flip side of using it to punish players for playing with planeswalkers. "Oh, you've got three planeswalker? I drop this. Your turn, you lose."
Impressively mythic. But it probably needs some slight tweaks to not be quite so scary in both directions.
This card seems a little overpowered for its cost.
