If you want Wizards of the Coast to actually include them in booster packs... :) Mmmm, Mark Rosewater occasionally lists the best ways to get a job at Wizards of the Coast; "do very well in the Pro Tour and then write about it" is among the more likely routes!
Nah, that's not a problem :) It just means it'll take you a few years. Mark Rosewater wrote some advice in this column on how to get a job at Wizards. The key points are "finish college" and "play a lot of games". Work hard at school, particularly English and Maths. And find ways to enjoy yourself and play a lot of games with other people. (All of which is good advice even if you're not going for a job in Wizards of the Coast :) )
