The entire point of Voidwarped is you are replacing dealing damage with Milling as your win condition. The point of the mechanic is to create a mill deck using creatures in limited (a worse Infect variant).

Shouldn't the exiling really be in addition? Otherwise you are actively discouraged from dealing damage to players.

Three -1/-1 counters on a creature? This would be excellent removal as a 4-cost sorcery. At 3-cost instant it's positively premium.
