Changed to uncommon and switched from exile to bounce. I was trying to create Artisan of Kolizeck style uncommons (big cost, big effect, feel rare-ish), but clearly should not have knocked it all the way down to common.

I assume this is meant to be rare, not common? I could just about see an 8/10 common Eldrazi with vanilla-ish abilities (similar to Ruin Processor), but there's no way "exile all creatures with power 4 or less" should exist below rare.
