As explained with the description of the set, this is actually just a card dump, an exploration if you will, for the real set, which is over at "Setasara, Forgotten Lands". I am merely experimenting with cards here and seeing what works or not.
Some cards are already listed in my head as impossible for the set. (Such as Discovery and Rifting.)
You will thus see conflicting cards here and there but not everything will exist. If you want to follow only the sane half of the progress of the set, you may want to look over at the other set for the less frequent, more permanent updates.
Yes, as I explored it further, I realized that this is not a thing that should exist. I would have less trouble using it as I did on Deepwood Shade however.
The intent of this style of card would be to give red a reason to run all the red drawback heavy scry. However, I have been exploring the design offline and I'm not too happy with the possibilities that it opens.

Setarasa has its charms for sure. I am not too sure however if I prefer Setarasa or Setasara (btw, I pronounce Setasara as Set-ai-sarah, I guess I should write it Setesara.)

It's Predict! And just like that, will only ever be used with "look at the top card of your library" effects like Scry. (My favourite being Yet Another Aether Vortex.)

No, I'm just super bad apparently. It is supposed to be Setasara.
Potential ability word for the green primordial. If this is used, Terra might move away from being castable only in the library to having a Presence that allow you to cast it from the library.
I checked there, too.
I still don't see which red and green mechanics you might be refering to. Hence I wonder whether you were refering to something here.

This set has so many mechanics and I just recognized a single card in green this actually has notable synergy with. It's a weird, fun design.
I just don't see yet why it would shine here better than in a block with kinship.
Fitting the Green & Red mechanics very well. Could this exist again?

This keyword is insane. It can't be used at common - even uncommon seems dangerous in high numbers. Sooo much value in the long term.
Card creation has been opened for anyone wanting to help on the set, pitching ideas, etc.
This feels like a mechanic that could work as a pair to Green's potential "Reveal" effect

+1 for Setarasa
I actually think Setarasa rolls more easily off the tongue.
You could easily have "Shuffle your library, then name a card..." like with Unexpected Results but is that something the design really wants?

Is the name now Setarasa or Setasara, or is the other set something different?

Do you mean "activation cost"? If you just remove the mana cost of this activated ability, then you still won't be able to pay the without haste.
Potential use for all the searching the Green Primordial will require.
Panglacial Wurm effects will potentially make it.
