Did you accidentally flip the -2 and -10 there? Because sign me right up for that -2.
You probably want the words "up to one target planeswalker" on that first ability. Otherwise the ability would require a planeswalker to target, and I doubt anyone would ever activate the -10.
While I admit that having a card that can only do something when your opponent controls a planeswalker might be interesting, I'm not a big fan of putting that ability on a planeswalker. Imagine playing sealed and opening a pack to find a planeswalker... only to realize it is utterly useless. Man, that would suck.
Is that a dinosaur planeswalker?
I feel that "hosing a cardtype" is too specific a theme for a planeswalker - especially if its a rare cardtype.
