Um, kinda odd that this lets you play this in a monocoloured deck. But I guess the cost is pretty horrendous if you try.

And... you already drew and cast at least 5 planeswalkers? Is this some kind of demented laboratory-maniac ploy, where your deck is nothing but planeswalkers?

Yeah, the set has walkers instead of creatures, so in most decks you should have a lot of walkers.
