Reverse Guiltfeeder effect as a spell.

I don't see this having much utility beyond self-milling - which is fine. Maybe in limited, but it's a rare so whatever on that front. If you're going with mill as a win-con, you aren't that interested in dealing damage, and players have a lot more cards in library than they have life.

Thematically in flavor and in mechanics this looks like a mono-{b} card to me.

So I would consider going with something like:

> Sorcery {1}{b}
> If your life total is less than your starting life total, bury cards from the top of your library equal to the difference.

Maybe symmetric?

> For each player, if that player's life total is less..., they bury cards...
