See Fathom Visions for an alternative rare for UR. This could be a mythic and maybe open up some space.

Not sure why Fathom is needed here. You never draw the cards immediately, so why wouldn't you cast this as the last spell you wanted to cast from your hand? Only thing I can think of is instant speeding some stuff at end of your turn, but that's very niche.

You'd cast it as the first, it draws equal to the number of fathomed cards. Its like a delayed windfall that you get to draw for the cards played as well.
