Could change from exile to bury (a dedicated deck mills the opponent quick enough to not insist on exiling).

Wow. That's quite hefty milling. But I guess you are investing 5 mana in two colours in a spell that doesn't affect the board at all, so it'd need to be.

Reminds me of Phenax, God of Deception. That has higher potential for mill, but doesn't immediately mill anything on its own.

Also encouraging more basic lands / discouraging nonbasic lands is good, from my POV, though I don't know if everyone would agree.
