As far as I see in this incarnation of network only Auras grant it, so why not just "enchanted creature or another enchanted creature you control that is an artifact". Or if you insist on Construct over artifact creature: "Whenever an enchanted Construct you control" etc.

But it would be a really good idea to allow this to have "enchant creature" even if you design it to be widely preferable in a Construct/artifact creature heavy deck, because even with heavy faction themes you shouldn't ignore that it's better for gameplay if there is some cross-faction use to most cards.

Oh, that makes sense. I'll go with that if I keep this. I am still worried, though, about the level of board complexity this type of design will lead to.
