That's one powerful polymorph variant.
Yeah, i guess if you build around it you could be guaranteed to put one of the artifact gods on the field in its creature form and draw seven once you cast it... Of course, then you have to win with just that god and some creature tokens in play, and the artifact gods are cheap enough that cheating them into play like that is nearly pointless. I mean, I guess you could use Xenograft to bring out a Blightsteel and draw seven, but that interaction is half the reason why this also hits enchantments.
I guess I'm rambling a bit. yeah, this probably needs a slight cost increase, but it shouldn't be too bad.

Yep. Ihotepre, Servant of Ashiok->Ihotep, God of Nightmares.
Then Ihotep gets killed by Chandra and Elspeth. But you can't win 'em all.
