"Scepter" is the word.
This is a lot worse than both Springleaf Drum and Paradise Mantle.

Thanks for pointing out the misspelling. Also this was card was intentionally designed to be not very great. I want to design this set as WotC would, which means some cards are going to be made awful on purpose. I'll make it common though to help a bit.
