Wow. 5 mana for a spell that does basically nothing except protect your current hand from discard? Bottled Cloister or Ignorant Bliss say that you can draw an extra card for doing that and either do it much cheaper or do it every turn. Alternatively you could play Witchbane Orb / Leyline of Sanctity / Gilded Light to protect yourself from burn and other nasty effects as well as just discard. What's this card intended to do? And why on earth is it common - do you really want loads of these clogging up the 14th pick slot?
To give you an idea: I have a deck called Monoblue Hellbent. As well suited as this card would be in that deck, I would not play it.
