Between hexproof and that second line, why doesn't it just say "shroud"?

Shroud is dead, so if a card like this were printed now it would be written like that.

Hexproof isn't black, despite the pie-breaking Xathrid Slyblade. I could, however, see black getting the drawback of reverse-hexproof.
