See Clockwork Swarm for most of the conversation on this card. As a quick explanation: Clockwork Insects and Clockwork Steed were originally the same card with a very minor difference, both at common. I did what I could to move the two cards away from each other. Clockwork Steed became the uncommon, and ended up with funky Intimidate in the exchange.
