Original Card: Aysen Bureaucrats

- Power increased by +1/+0.
Note: the power increase wasn't part of my original update.
Other than that, Aysen Bureaucrats gets the pass. I did think about making this card more powerful. Maybe +1 toughness. 2.167 stars isn't great, after all. But Errant Doomsayers and Kor Line-Slinger seems to infer that this card is playable as it stands (the Line-Slinger has zero power if you didn't notice. It doesn't seem like a big difference, but I'm sure it matters.)
None of these guys are that great, but I think that's the point. Most of the time, they play defense, and if they're better than other cards in the set, they muck up combat. They might get a boost, though, if a white uncommon is needed.
2/1? It would help the power level issue, and probably won't slow the format down any more.
Also needs a full stop / period at the end of the ability.
