Reduced cost by .
Didn't change creature type. Though, I'm tempted to make him a Soldier. Not really sure if the An-Haava Constables are a tight knit organization, though, or just loose group of peacekeepers.
Increased toughness by one, and now gains bonus toughness instead of requiring 2+*
No longer pumps off of other players' creatures.

That's a funky PT. Why not just a 2/2 that gets +0/+1 for each other green creature?

I made this one early on, and I think back then I was aiming to keep the original rules intact where I could. But you're right, it makes more sense that way. Will switch over.
