I made this card a long time ago, and I'm sure I've seen other people do it. I like blue discard a lot, but I think it needs to be much much less efficient than black's. Proactive blue answers enable tempo way too much. For example, I did this without the cantrip. I'm curious to hear how this has been testing.

As I keep stressing, these cards are supposed to be (at least close to) Legacy playable so I always start with a flat power level. I'll be sure to let you know how this turns out as soon as I've got reliable results.
