Heh, a Doubling Season specific to Thallids :) Nice. Probably doesn't need to be so green-intensive; I think this'd be fine at {2}{g}.

a.k.a. Fallen Empires was stupidly underpowered, let's try and fix it?

Part of the theme of the set is things being color intensive. That said, I'd consider putting it at {g}{g}{g}.

And yes, in retrospect suppose this is something of a sequel to fallen empires. I wasn't intended to be, though, I just felt like making a monocolor block and put in the themes I found most interesting.
