Awesome! So he can either draw tons of cards, at a cost of damaging you - though not as much as Greed / Erebos, God of the Dead does - or he can loot and machine-gun everything.
I'm... not sure that mono-red ought to get to draw cards that efficiently. Perhaps the abilities could be:
