Already mentioned in a comment about Dolgang, the Mimeoshade, but this should almost definitely be {u}{b}, or maybe even mono-{u} in a graveyard themed set. Also, I think the cost is wrong: Body Double is the closest comparison, and it itself being a creature allows for more shenanigans. I think that this could be maybe slightly pushed but printable at {2}{u}{b}.
