Changed to be a slightly more costly Cultivate, puts the basic into play untapped. Removed exile clause.

This is going to intrigue some players a lot just for the unrestricted land tutor.

I think that's a neat aspect to this card.

Hopefully it doesn't make it to OP; but the precedent for non basic land tutor to hand was set by Sylvan Scrying at 2 mana already, so I don't feel bad about a four-mana Sylvan Scrying that rampant growths as well.

It's a 4-mana Divination that only gets lands.
