The way this is worded it would technically draw the game as soon as you passed your turn. Write "Whenever it's not your turn and ~ is untapped, if you don't control another black permanent, tap ~."

Nicely designed common, by the way. Your black cards are quite good.

I find it funny that this has a drawback when Zombie Goliath has none, and Hyalopterous Lemure has a bonus ability. But I got to admit, that in the world of 0/2 creatures for {b} this is fair.
