Why do you like strictly-worse cards so much?? To be fair, the cards that this one is strictly worse to are pretty OP, but still.
It was meant to be a non-re curable version of Merchant Scroll....but Merchant Scroll is pretty OP as it is. I suppose a cost of 1U would be fine?
As for the "stricktly worse" thing. its Homelands, remember?
"Worse" is perfectly fine. Commendable even. "Strictly worse" is boring and bad, imo.
Is this really strictly worse then Merchant Scroll? Scroll can only grab blue instants.
I think this is being deemed strictly worse than Mystical Tutor. Now Mystical Tutor is pretty stonkingly good, and nobody'd expect you to put something that power level in your set; but new cards (whether custom cards or newly-released Wizards cards) just look bad if it's strictly worse than something that exists.
Since a lot of newer players don't really know, or care about non-standard/modern cards, I think this one is capable of sticking around, and even seeing print at some point.
Fixed wording - added "reveal it"
